where the mind can become distant and detached from everyday worries and concerns. Hypnosis is a positive state

of mind and works by allowing us to direct the subconscious mind to think and act in certain ways. We can therefore

use this as a tool to reinforce positive thoughts and behaviours, such as increased motivation, calmer attitude, better

sleep, controlling alcohol or food consumption and so much more. Hypnotherapy works best when tailor made to

meet your individual needs, so whatever you are wanting to change or feel, I can co-create it with you,

so you can feel burden free and lifted.

email access or WhatsApp support. So, you can share how you are feeling, get quick replies and beat that feeling of

hopelessness and aloneness. The group coaching packages are also highly supportive we have a close community

nutritionists, personal trainers and dietitians to support where necessary. Yoga therapy can also work wonders for
